Nick Clegg, the former Coalition minister, has called for a "caring revolution" this morning, speaking out about his son's undiagnosed neurological condition.
Clegg, who is now the leader of the Lib Dems, tells ITV News that his son John has an undiagnosed neurological condition and cannot walk or talk. He says that his wife Emily has been a "tower of strength" and that he is determined to fight for a "fairer society" for his son and other children with disabilities.
